Customer Care

Services

At Digital Graffiti Studios are main concern is Customer Care and satisfaction. For Each service that book. You will be contacted within 24 hours, via email with a small questionnaire to ensure that we have a clear understanding of your needs.  Once we have your answers we will review the responses. Create a plan to ensure everything is appropriately addressed or if any follow-up information is needed we can get with you before our session.

At the end of each session, we will ensure you have no further needs, but (because we know questions always hit you as soon as you walk away) we will also follow up with an email to close out the session where you can still address your concerns.

Products- Physical

Each product that you purchase has a 15-day return policy; starting the day after it arrives at your door. If you are unhappy or let us know. We do work with some third-party vendors and if they are not up to the standard we want to eliminate our ties with them ASAP. (Secret sauce- If you post on our website reviews, you'll get a discount on your next product or service)

Products- Digital

Each digital product that you purchase from us will be delivered on the day agreed upon. Returns and adjustments are available but will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, BUT we will work diligently at ensuring your satisfaction.
